輝達被禁止進入中國，原因眾所周知：美國想利用其尖端的AI晶片技術阻止中國AI的發展，而中國基於國家安全的正當原因也禁止了輝達AI晶片。
但輝達本身是很想在中國市場上經營的。黃仁勳（Jensen Huang）12月4日在CSIS頻道的訪談中，表達了這一點，展現了很少有的“黃氏幽默”，他說：中美兩國達成了一致，禁止輝達進入中國，哈哈。以下視訊，是個典型的英語笑話：
